Who You Talk To

You will not be talking to a tree company that works for Courtsshared Tree Service. Courtsshared Tree Service is a referral service. When you send a request or place a call, it is routed to an independent provider in our network who serves your area.

That provider is a separate local business. They run their own crews, set their own prices and keep their own schedule. We only make the introduction.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Here is the usual flow:

  • You share a few details about the tree and where it is.
  • Your request goes to a provider who covers your area.
  • The provider gets in touch. Timing varies, and some providers can respond quickly.
  • They ask questions, and they may want to see the tree.
  • You receive a quote, ideally in writing.

If a tree has already fallen, say so right away. That helps the provider understand the risk. Stay clear of the tree and any wires, and photograph it from a safe distance.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions make a calm conversation. Try these:

  • Are you licensed and insured? Can you show proof?
  • What exactly is included in the price? Is cleanup included?
  • Will the stump be left or ground down?
  • How will you protect my roof, fence and lawn?
  • When could you do the work?
  • Can I have the quote in writing?

Write down the answers. If you get more than one estimate, you can compare them side by side.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask for time to think. You can ask for a second opinion. You can say no.

No one should rush you into a decision about a large tree. A fair provider will explain the plan, the price and the risks, and then wait for your answer.
